R v SG – Birmingham CC (2025) – Conspiracy to Import over 1000 kilograms of high purity cocaine.
R v KA– Winchester CC (2025) – Conspiracy to Supply kilo quantities of cocaine throughout Wiltshire over a period of six years. This case included the use of EncroChat and Sky ECC mobile phones. NCA Case.
R v VD – Isleworth CC (2024) – Representation of the lead defendant in a £260 Million Cryptocurrency Fraud involving highly complex multi layered global transactions across numerous blockchains using crypto ATM machines and incorporating the Hawala banking system.
R v ES – Central Criminal Court (2024) – Murder. This case involved a series of escalating confrontations between rival gangs culminating in a fatal shooting.
R v RC – Luton CC (2024) – Representation of a HGV driver accused of importing and supplying 192 kilograms of import grade cocaine.

Drug conspiracies
R v CP – Snaresbrook CC (2024) – Conspiracy to supply Class A and B drugs. Sophisticated operation controlling a ‘deliveroo’ like platform to deliver a menu of class A and B drugs to customers throughout London.
R v AA – Northampton CC (2023) – Conspiracy to supply 15kg cocaine by an Organised Crime Group from Northampton to Barnstable. NCA case.
R v EE – St Albans CC (2023) – Six handed conspiracy to produce industrial amounts of cannabis using high tech hydroponics and remote operated automation equipment.
R v RK – Wood Green CC (2022) – Conspiracy to supply multiple kilos of import quality cocaine via the EncroChat secure messaging service.
R v VB – Kingston CC (2018) – Seven handed conspiracy to supply multiple kilograms of imported cocaine per week and exportation of the cash proceeds to mainland Europe. National Crime Agency (NCA) case.

R v NL – Southwark CC (2022) – Representation of the custodian of cash within a sophisticated Chinese Money Laundering network.
R v SY – St Albans CC (2020) – Money Laundering of £260,000 after a fraudulent sale of a property without the owner’s knowledge.
R v CT – Kingston CC (2020) – Confiscation proceedings relating to a £4.1 million jewellery heist.
R v GK – Kingston CC (2018) – Money Laundering – Organised Crime Group exporting £16 million in cash to a number of European destinations. NCA case.
R v AV – Southwark CC (2017) – Four handed Conspiracy to Steal clothing valued at £300k from a high street fashion chain.
Serious Crime
R v JG – Central Criminal Court (2023) – Murder. Our client was accused of stabbing the victim to death in a revenge attack.
R v AC – Harrow CC (2023) – Conspiracy to supply multiple firearms and class A drugs to undercover police officers.
R v KL – Wood Green CC (2023) – Kidnap – Four handed kidnap involving use of weapons and threats to life.
R v OG City of London MC (2023) – Representation of a Hedge Fund owner in a case of ABH in the workplace. The defendant was facing myriad regulatory issues including the loss of his fund if convicted. The defendant was found not guilty after trial.
R v MHA – Reading CC (2021) – Twelve handed murder. It was alleged that the deceased was hunted down and stabbed to death with a samurai sword. The case has received widespread media coverage.
R v RI – Northampton CC (2020) – Conspiracy to steal 350 sheep throughout Northamptonshire. This unique case received significant media coverage.
R v AD – Court of Appeal (2019) – Possession of a Firearm with intent to endanger life.
R v JG – Snaresbrook CC (2019) – 36 Handed Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice –Nationwide conspiracy involving government hired security officers to illegally remove electronically monitored tags of criminals.
R v GH – Canterbury CC (2018) – Possession of a Disguised Firearm – Mandatory minimum 5 year sentence avoided after successfully demonstrating ‘exceptional reasons.’
R v FS – Harrow CC (2018) – Five handed kidnap. Cell site evidence and mobile phone communications were obtained to disprove the prosecution case.
R v OK – Canterbury CC (2017) – Causing Death by Dangerous Driving & while over the legal limit for cannabis – A hefty prison sentence was avoided and the Court were persuaded to order a suspended sentence.
R v MH – Hendon MC (2017) – Football Violence – Successfully opposed a Football Banning Order.
Extradition
Republic of Ireland v AL – Westminster MC (2020) – Extradition of a suspect wanted for murder in Ireland.
WW v Poland – Supreme Court (2018) – Kevin represented the lead applicant who was charged with murder in a landmark appeal to the Supreme Court concerning the legality of extending a European Arrest Warrant after its expiry date.
Government of the Republic of Rwanda v CM – The High Court – Kevin was part of the team which represented the Mayor of a Rwandan district in a second attempt by Rwanda to extradite in relation to allegations of being a principal organiser of the genocide and having directly participated in multiple murders. Extradition refused on the grounds that CM would face a real risk of an unfair trial, if extradited. Decision upheld on appeal before the High Court.
