How does the fee-share model work?

You keep a fixed, competitive percentage of the fees you generate - whether from your own clients or ours. We’ll walk you through the structure during your onboarding, and it’s always transparent.

Do I need my own clients?

Not necessarily. Many consultants bring their own client base, but we also generate new leads and distribute referrals. We have our own in-house marketing specialist who can support your growth either way.

Is everything remote?

Yes. Work from wherever suits you. Our systems are fully secure, so you can practise from home, a co-working space, or anywhere else.

What support will I receive?

We’ll handle your insurance, compliance, case management, billing, admin, and IT. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact for anything you need.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

No. We don’t charge consultants any set-up or joining fees. You only share a percentage of the work you deliver - that’s it.
